These books were recommended by the manufacturer of the juicer I purchased . This book is colour coded starting with juices suitable for children and follows on with a 3 day detox there is also a Juice pharmacy which amongst many includes one suitable for a hangover, migraine, high blood pressure, asthma etc., altogether there are about 11 different sections and at the end there is a fruit and veg juice facts informing you of the vitamins, minerals etc and what they are good for.
An excellent book that I highly recommend.
